Ever wanted to create something with your own hands that you'll use for years to come? Join us at Saddlers Rest – Home of the DEX Saddle for a relaxed, hands-on leather belt making workshop. Under the guidance of master saddler Dave Earle, you'll learn traditional leatherworking techniques while crafting your own premium leather belt from start to finish. No experience is necessary. Whether you've never picked up a leather tool before or you'd like to build on existing skills, you'll leave with a handcrafted belt and a new appreciation for the art of leathercraft. During the workshop you'll learn how to: • Select and cut quality leather • Edge and prepare your belt • Dye and finish the leather • Add your chosen buckle and hardware • Stitch and complete your belt using traditional techniques

Limited to just 6 participants Keeping the class small means everyone receives plenty of one-on-one guidance throughout the day.
