Boutique Orders

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from receipt of order excluding weekends and public holidays.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post

Domestic Shipping Rates  

Small Parcels - Flat Rate $10

Medium Parcel - Flat Rate $15

Large Parcel - Flat Rate $20

Tracking details are forwarded via email as soon as the package has shipped

Saddlery & Custom Leather Orders 

Bulky / heavy items such as saddles will be quoted and charged on an individual basis.  These prices vary significantly based on the weight, dimensions, shipping address (eg. interstate) and insurance requirements.  We are happy for you to arrange your own parcel pick up however, full payment is required prior to goods leaving our store.  

Custom pieces are shipped when manufacture is completed (the customer will be kept up to date regarding the status of their order)
