Refund policy

Boutique Orders

We offer a 14 day return or exchanges policy.  If within 14 days from the day of your purchase you wish to return your item we will offer exchange OR store credit to the value of your original order minus postage. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange OR store credit voucher.

Customers are to return items at their own expense. 

Gift Certificates  

Gift certificates are unable to be returned OR exchanged. 

Earrings  

Earrings are unable to be returned OR exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

Sale Items

Items purchase on "sale" are FINAL - Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, not eligible for store credit OR return. 

Saddlery & Custom Leather Orders 

We DO NOT offer refunds on custom orders.

Due to the nature of custom orders we are unable to exchange any custom made pieces.
