I understand that my participation in any leather workshop at David Earle Custom Saddles may pose a risk to my health and physical well-being. I am voluntarily participating in the workshop, taking into account my own health and physical condition.

Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, my representative, agents, successors from libability, for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of my participating in a leather workshop at David Earle Custom Saddles. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in the leather workshop.

By participating in our workshops, you agree that we may use photos and videos taken during the workshop for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and use on our website.
